2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 egg

  • Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken breasts to about half an inch thick. Click for a meat mallet.
