Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Meatballs


Ingredients:
3 tablespoons brown sugar
⅓ cup honey
½ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
28 oz. fully cooked, frozen meatballs

Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce and minced garlic. Add the meatballs and toss to cover with the sauce. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Add salt and pepper if needed. If desired, top with sesame seeds, chopped parsley or cilantro. Serve as an appetizer or main dish over rice or as a sandwich.
