Cream Cheese Sausage Balls


Ingredients:
1 lb. hot sausage
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese {grated from the block by hand, not packaged pre-shredded}

Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • Form into small balls, about 1-inch in size.
  • Place on a foil-lined baking pan lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees until cooked through and browned, about 20 minutes.
