Hawaiian Bbq Chicken Kabobs


Ingredients:
1 (11.8 ounce) bottle Private Selection Hawaiian Pineapple Wing Sauce
1 (19 ounce) bottle Private Selection Texas BBQ Sauce
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch pieces)
3 cups fresh pineapple (cubed)
1 green bell pepper (cut into 1-inch pieces)
1 red bell pepper (cut into 1-inch pieces)
1 red onion (cut into 1-inch pieces)

Instructions:
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together Hawaiian Pineapple Wing Sauce and Texas BBQ sauce until well combined. Reserve 1/2 cup of sauce and place in the refrigerator.
  • Place chicken in a gallon-sized resealable bag and pour remaining sauce over top. Seal bag and refrigerate for 2 hours (or overnight).
  • Soak 10 wood skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
