Bacon Ranch Potatoes Grill Foil Packet

2 lb potatoes
⅓ cup ranch dressing
5 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
½ cup cheddar, shredded
2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
¼ cups onion, thinly sliced
½ teaspoon garlic powder
as desired salt and pepper

  • Preheat grill to 350 or medium heat. Slice the potatoes into ¼ inch slices. After slicing, rinse in water quickly and pat dry.
  • Spray the foil with non-stick spray. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, onions, ¾ of the ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Mix well and place potato mixture in the center of the foil.
