Paleo Pumpkin Waffles And Cinnamon Apples


Ingredients:
2 tbsp melted coconut oil (look for unrefined)
2 eggs
1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree (look for pumpkin as only ingredient)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut flour (the one I use)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (Primal Palate is my fave)
1/4 tsp baking powder
Cinnamon Apples
1 tsp coconut oil (look for unrefined)


Instructions:
  • Heat a waffle iron to medium heat and spray with a cooking oil spray like coconut oil
  • Combine wet ingredients for waffle, eggs, pumpkin, melted coconut oil and maple syrup in a large bowl
  • Whisk together coconut flour, salt, baking powder and pumpkin pie spice in a smaller bowl
