7-Ingredient Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Bars

2.75 cups oats (use GF oats to make for GF option) 1 cup used as oat flour
2 tbsp date nectar
2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice
2.5 bananas
3 tbsp hemp seeds
2 medium apples
1/3-1/2 cup almond milk

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Blend 1 cup of the oats to make oat flour. Pour in a bowl and add in the date nectar (I recommend the brand D'vash), 1 tsp of the cinnamon or pumpkin spice, almond milk and hemp seeds.
  • Mash the bananas and add into the mixture. Mix everything well until evenly combined.
  • Chop the apples and add to a food processor with 1 tsp of cinnamon or pumpkin spice.
